United Pathlabs is a diagnostic center that offers healthcare services to its customers. As such, there is no physical product that requires shipping or delivery. Our services are offered in-person at our labs and through our website where customers can book appointments for tests.

For online services, customers will receive their test results via email or through our website portal. The turnaround time for test results may vary depending on the type of test, and customers will be informed of the expected timeline at the time of booking.

If there are any delays or issues with test results, we will promptly notify the customer and work towards a resolution.
