At United Pathlabs, we take pride in providing high-quality diagnostic services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that in some cases, customers may need to return a product or service for various reasons. Our return and refund policy is designed to provide a fair and efficient process for our customers.

Diagnostic Tests: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for diagnostic tests once they have been performed. However, if there are any issues with the results, we will work with the customer to resolve them and provide any necessary retesting free of charge.

Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address any issues and offer a refund or replacement if necessary. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping: We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, unless the item received was damaged or defective. In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
